Fishing, Archery and Lunch
Wounded Vets – Freedom Hunters and Operation TBI
September 7, 2014
It’s a beautiful fall day on the Front Range of Colorado. We have 70 Wounded Vets and their family members for a day outdoors with fishing and archery instruction. The Vets and their families are spread out among five ponds full of fish. Some are on the bank and others in boats, everyone is catching fish and having a great time. At Noon we gather at the barn for a great barbecue. After lunch it is back to the ponds and some archery practice. It’s been a great day, a time to smile, laugh and heal.
