Humanitarian Outreach Program
Lincoln Hills Anglers of Honor

Operation TBI and Freedom Hunters

It’s a beautiful fall day in the Colorado mountains, we are going to be fly fishing South Boulder Creek with a group of Wounded Warriors guided by the expert staff of Lincoln Hills. We start with the fundamentals such as casting, flies, gear and reading the river. After that the vets are paired up with the guides and down to the river. Everyone is hooking up with rainbows, cutthroats and browns, just a few monsters but all are beautiful trout. Everyone is having a great time, most are beginners and will be fly fishing in the future. Around 1:00pm we head up to the clubhouse for a great lunch and some fish stories. It’s been a great day and a big thank you to Lincoln Hills care staff.
